Delivery of Goods & Services

Half Full Marketing will do it’s best to provide all goods and services purchased on or before the due date. The due date is as specified on the customer’s receipt of purchase/invoice.
In the unlikely event that a service or good is not delivered on time, Half Full Marketing will work as quickly as possible to deliver the good or service.

Cancellation of Services

Written notice of a desire to terminate a month-to-month agreement must be delivered before payment has been processed. Once payment is received by Half Full Marketing, the customer must wait until the next billing cycle to cancel any services purchased. Longer term contacts, that are not month-to-month, cannot be cancelled or terminated.

Refunds & Returns

Due to the nature of our products being digital, Half Full Marketing does not offer returns or refunds of any of our services or products.

Liability

Half Full Marketing is not responsible for any damages or losses to your business, website, social media, income, marketing, property, intellectual property, or reputation.

Voluntary Forfeit of Services

In the event that Half Full Marketing is removed as an administrator and/or admin to a website, the client and/or customer forfeits any undelivered services purchased that are related to the website, SEO and/or blogs. In the event that Half Full Marketing is removed as an administrator and/or admin on any Social Media accounts, the client and/or customer forfeits any undelivered services purchased.

Client Off-Boarding Process

In the event that a client or “Half Full Marketing” chooses to terminate services, the client will be provided with a password document and any final reports that Half Full Marketing chooses to provide. Half Full Marketing is not responsible for training or teaching clients or their employees.
